A good example of what impact grazing has on the development of different plant kinds. Area was fenced along time ago and used a continuous grazed pasture. On left you have mostly fineleaved grass like fescues, bluegrasses and on right dominate grass is bromegrass and obviously brush and poplars. Likely whole area was seeded to bromegrass when converted to pasture.
